Job Title: Senior PL/SQL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our team at InSync Systems Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. As a Senior PL/SQL Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the project team in delivering a 12-month contract position with possible extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the implementation team and subject matter experts to ensure custom solutions meet project outcomes and business needs.
  • Design and develop high-quality PL/SQL code to program complete applications on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure test plans and test cases validate expected outcomes and requirements.
  • Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
  • Develop technical documents and documentation to accurately represent application design and code.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field of study.
  • Minimum 6+ years of PL/SQL development experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and quality assurance testing methods.
  • Working knowledge of deploying applications with Docker.
  • Experience with programming development tools and source control systems (SQL Developer, Eclipse, Maven, GIT).
