Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years in insulation work
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to specified dimensions using a variety of tools.
  • Utilize multiple techniques to apply insulation effectively.
  • Skillfully fit insulation around structural obstacles.
  • Safely remove hazardous insulation materials from various environments.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and specifications to ensure precise installation.
Community Support Initiatives
  • Assist in recruiting and supporting newcomers and refugees impacted by conflicts or disasters.
  • Provide mentoring and assistance with credential recognition.
  • Facilitate diversity and cross-cultural training programs.
  • Support Indigenous workers through mentorship and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities.
