Artistic Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dance Teacher to join our team at Toronto Waldorf School. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching dance techniques and artistic interpretation to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging dance lessons to students of various skill levels, focusing on technique, creativity, and artistic expression.
- Performance and Rehearsal: Prepare and perform dance routines with students, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement dance curriculum that aligns with our school's artistic and educational goals.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their artistic goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Dance, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, or equivalent experience in the dance industry.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong teaching and communication skills, ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels, and a passion for dance and education.
