Job Summary

The University of Ottawa is seeking a Part-time Professor to teach a course on Database Fundamentals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in database systems and be able to demonstrate excellent teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a course on Database Fundamentals, covering topics such as database modeling, query languages, and database design
  • Develop and implement a course syllabus that meets the needs of students
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent teaching skills and experience in teaching database courses

Working Conditions
