Job Title: Hairstylist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team at HEMIXA'S BEAUTY INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair. They will work in a fast-paced environment, using their attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and coloring hair.
  • Use a variety of hair styling techniques, including blow drying, iron waving/curling, and extensions.
  • Apply hair color, including bleach, dyes, and tints.
  • Provide scalp conditioning massages and other hair treatments.
  • Supervise apprentices/students in training.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hair care industry.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
