Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Indigenous Client Services to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Indigenous Client Services team and developing and implementing strategies to grow our business in this area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Indigenous Client Services team and develop and implement strategies to grow our business in this area
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and apply this knowledge to our business
