About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Alba Partners Inc. as an Information Systems Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Information Systems Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • IT Strategy and Advice: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security and Contingency Planning: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing.
  • Software Application Testing: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
