BARBURRITO is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
As a Grill Cook at BARBURRITO, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
