Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Scott 75 Pharmacy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining prescription records, compounding and packaging pharmaceutical products, and preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians, and other staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
