Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and collaborate on developing trade marketing plans aligned with their brand positioning and goals.
  • Trade Promotion Planning: Design and execute trade promotion programs, including trade incentives, point-of-sale materials, merchandising strategies, and sales support materials to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the industry.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Consumer marketing, and Customer Marketing to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives and alignment with overall brand strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key trade customers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities and foster long-term business growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the industry, actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, providing strategic & tactical coordination that will enable strong execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing specialization or equivalent.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in sales, trade marketing experience with at least five (5) years of team management experience.
  • Experience in the industry is a strong asset.
