Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality resident care in a residential care setting, utilizing sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of clinical interventions, evaluating resident outcomes based on resident goals of care.
- Act as a resource for the interdisciplinary team, providing information and coordination of ongoing resident care.
- Support the work of RCA's and LPN's, promoting cohesive team work to ensure resident-centered care.
- Enhance the quality of life of residents and their families.
- Consult, confer, and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain and advance clinical competence.
- Participate on designated committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned.
