Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of food, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer requirements.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a continuous supply of fresh ingredients.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits to prepare for cooking.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
