Key Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the school campus. This includes developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs, carrying out all housekeeping duties in accordance with facility standards, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Determine the needs of the clients' operation and engage the appropriate resources.
- Mentor employees to achieve shared understanding and goals.
- Reward and recognize employees.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are compliant with Aramark and client regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role. Healthcare level cleaning knowledge and experience are preferred.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $50,000-$62,000.
