About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Atomic Pizza & Donair. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our team.
