About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Dely & Associates Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balances.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
