Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential security risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on security systems, including access control, intruder alarm, and CCTV equipment.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security industry standards and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within the electronic security systems industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of CCTV, access control, door entry, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Level II Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
