About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Grand Catering. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Design Websites: Create and design websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop websites that meet their expectations.
  • Source and Organize Content: Source and organize content for inclusion on websites, including text, images, and other multimedia elements.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Develop policies and procedures to ensure the security and quality of websites.
  • Lead and Coordinate Teams: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct Tests and Quality Controls: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the quality and security of websites.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Private company, corporation, or industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in iOS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and MS Office.
  • Area of Work Experience: Quality assurance or control.
  • Area of Specialization: User experience design.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and sitting.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, and proactive.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
