RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare salad orders
• Dishwashing duties
• Ingredient preparation
• Participate in overall kitchen upkeep
• Wash, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations
• Undertake any other related tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in French
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively during peak times
• Capacity to perform under pressure
• Stamina to stand for extended periods
