Automotive Repair Specialist

SMS MOTORS is on the lookout for a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to enhance our team. The successful applicant will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections and diagnose mechanical systems to pinpoint problems
- Modify, fix, or substitute parts and components of automotive systems
- Evaluate and calibrate repaired systems to align with manufacturer’s standards
- Communicate with customers regarding the services performed and provide guidance on future maintenance needs
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Dependable and precise
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Training programs available to foster an inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous individuals, mature workers, and visible minorities
- Established policies to combat discrimination and promote diversity
