Job Description

Cellicon is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote products and services to customers, provide product information, and make recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure that products are properly stocked and faced.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including processing sales transactions, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
