About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at McIntyre Coatings Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure that they have the resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
