We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Lawyer to join our team, preferably with three to five years of post-call family law experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters, including divorce, parenting, high conflict litigation, ADR, support, and property division.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation and case precedents.
  • Prepare accurate and effective legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, utilizing excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and external professionals to develop effective legal strategies and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Proficient research skills using resources such as Clio.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Knowledge of legal drafting techniques to prepare accurate and effective legal documents.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients.
