Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Atlantic Chican Seafood. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of procurement and logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, Develop, and Implement Purchasing Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain effective purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee the Evaluation of the Cost and Quality of Goods or Services: Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.
- Authorize the Development of Specifications for Products or Services: Collaborate with suppliers to develop product specifications that meet business requirements.
- Review and Process Claims Against Suppliers: Manage and resolve supplier-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the Analysis of Data and Information: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Oversee the Preparation of Reports: Develop and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.
- Advise Senior Management: Provide strategic guidance on supply chain operations and initiatives.
- Lead Sales Team in Building Relationships with Business Clients and Manage Negotiations of Sales Contracts: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Develop and implement effective inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Manage and oversee projects related to supply chain operations and initiatives.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.Requirements:
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
