General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our hotels in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. As a key member of our Urgo Hotels Canada team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotels, ensuring compliance with Marriott, Hilton, and Urgo Hotels Canada standards.
  • Human Resources Management: Lead and motivate our teams, setting goals, evaluating performance, and fostering a healthy work environment.
  • Financial and Material Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize inventory management.
  • Marketing, Sales & Revenue: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish pricing strategies, create forecasts, and optimize revenue.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in high-level management roles in the hotel industry.
  • Strong human management skills, with experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
  • Proficiency in hotel financial management and computer systems.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), with a third language an asset.
