DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
L'instructeur(trice) est responsable de la conduite d'activités pédagogiques enrichissantes pour les élèves et participe activement à l'animation de la vie scolaire, apportant chaleur et dynamisme aux initiatives éducatives.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Concevoir et dispenser des leçons ainsi que des activités d'éveil, tout en adaptant l'enseignement aux besoins spécifiques des élèves.
- Favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage stimulant et sécurisé.
- Évaluer et ajuster l'approche pédagogique en fonction des progrès des élèves.
- Tenir les parents informés des progrès et des défis rencontrés par leurs enfants.
- Participer à l'animation de la vie scolaire et des activités périscolaires.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe éducative pour offrir un soutien individualisé aux élèves.
- Organiser des activités extrascolaires et des stages pour enrichir l'expérience d'apprentissage.
- Agir en tant que mentor et fournir un soutien académique ciblé.
- Surveiller tous les élèves sous sa responsabilité, garantissant leur sécurité.
- Communiquer les résultats et l'évolution des élèves aux responsables conformément aux protocoles établis.
- Gérer les absences et retards, et participer aux réunions pédagogiques pour le développement professionnel.
- Exécuter diverses tâches pédagogiques pour améliorer l'expérience éducative globale.
