Dentist Associate

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software systems.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Ontario dental license to practice dentistry in good standing with the RCDSO.
• Experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable, but new grads are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
