Job Title: Industrial Plant Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Venture Carpets. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repairs
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
