Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at Fraser Plastics Ltd. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and other equipment.
  • Material Movement: Move products and materials within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment.
  • Weighing and Measuring: Weigh and measure materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packing and Wrapping: Pack and wrap products for shipping and storage.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort and stack products and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Work Environment

As a Material Handler, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
