As a Cyber Security Architect within our Technology - Infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization against cyber threats. This diverse group of skilled professionals is dedicated to proactively addressing cyber risks while leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovations.
In your capacity as a trusted advisor, you will assess potential threats, formulate security policies, and enhance our infrastructure to mitigate the impact of security incidents, thereby protecting MNP's operational integrity and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement robust security measures to defend against identified vulnerabilities and threats.
- Collaborate with Security Architects, Cyber Intelligence teams, and IT departments to identify and address technical security gaps, enhancing overall security practices and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive Information Security risk assessments and engage in incident response and investigation efforts, providing remediation recommendations as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's security governance frameworks to support long-term security strategies and risk management initiatives.
- Participate in threat modeling for services and applications, evaluating risks and data sensitivity to inform security protocols.
- Strengthen the security posture by aligning with international standards and adopting industry best practices.
- Continuously monitor emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Identify security architecture capabilities and design patterns to effectively counteract threats.
- Collaborate closely with application teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards to monitor cyber security controls across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber security, including at least 3 years in security architecture.
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
- In-depth understanding of cyber security trends and technologies, particularly within the telecommunications sector.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management, including secure configurations and best practices.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Security Architecture or Risk Management within large organizations.
- Experience in transitioning from internal technology solutions to cloud-based and partner-led solutions.
- Proficient in security risk analysis and familiar with NIST controls.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud security assessment and architecture.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions independently.
