We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow recipes to exact specifications, using scales to weigh each ingredient
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service industry
- Completion of a baking program from a reputable institution
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
