About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant and Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Yellowknife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Food Counter Attendant:

  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Food Service Supervisor:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef according to customer requests
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient food service
  • Train new staff members in food service duties and sanitation procedures

Requirements

  • Good work ethic and punctuality
