OVERVIEW:
Live Video Defense is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Surveillance Operations Specialist. This position involves monitoring live video feeds and adhering to established protocols when incidents arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Vigilantly observe video feeds for extended durations while maintaining focus.
2. Utilize surveillance technology to ensure precise video documentation of any irregularities or deviations from standard operations.
3. Be available to work during weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
4. Compose clear and factual reports, gathering relevant documentation regarding all incidents occurring within monitored areas.
5. Communicate any suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
6. Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong visual and auditory acuity.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with Windows Office suite applications.
