About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Quadramed Affinity Corporation. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design system solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilize your expertise to analyze client workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement customized training programs to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Monitor project-related issues and escalations, developing response strategies and actions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual - French and English. The ideal candidate would be bi-lingual French/English as this role is expected to work closely with clients in the province of Quebec and internationally.
  • BS or higher degree in a Clinical field preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% at key times.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective listening, strong presentation skills, and ability to convey complex information in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Ability to adapt to varied situations and multi-task during complex implementations with varied priorities and objectives.
  • Self-driven and resourceful individual who proactively seeks solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Workflow experience in the Quebec market.
  • Healthcare workflow expertise as required by product line/modules with proficiency in at least one major module or product line.
  • Previous experience in installation of health information systems preferred with a strong working knowledge of hospital operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, or other CRM systems.
