Island Health is seeking a skilled Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team in the Cowichan Valley. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex psychiatric and cognitive challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services for outpatients, including psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and direct care
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide medico-legal expertise as required
  • Collaborate with geriatric medicine, adult psychiatry, and hospitalist services to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in the Island Medical Program undergraduate and postgraduate teaching program
