We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and integrity of our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve local area network and wide area network performance issues, connectivity problems, and related network issues.
- Distribute LAN/WAN security, antivirus, and spam control measures to ensure a secure network environment.
- Manage the operation of all local area networks and services related to wide area networks, following company policies and procedures.
- Upgrade network software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Proven knowledge of routers and switch routers.
- Experience with VMware and comprehensive knowledge of networks.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory and general familiarity with Cisco Firewall.
- Foundational knowledge in routers and wide-ranging experience with network troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of Dell Switches and quality experience with hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with network protocols, software, and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations.
- Previous experience in production environments and being on-call.
- Highly capable of troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing issues.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
