Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our maintenance and custodial staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites meet our high standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend solutions to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed to ensure that our sites are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to ensure that our facilities management activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our facilities management activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
