Position Overview

The Knitting Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our knitting department at Indu Bala Boutique Ltd. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure timely completion of production goals.
  • Production Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports to track performance metrics.
  • Quality Improvement: Propose and implement strategies to enhance both productivity and product quality.
  • Material Management: Order and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for production.
  • Equipment Setup: Oversee the setup and maintenance of knitting machines and related equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the activities of knitting staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Training: Provide training to new staff on job responsibilities and safety procedures.

Successful candidates will possess the ability to:

Employment Details
