Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at ASHKELON CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources, including materials, human resources, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Project management, including estimating costs.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including contractors.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
