We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert legal advice to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory matters, contracts, and other business-related issues.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on legal issues and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
