Parts Processor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Parts Processor to join our team at Best Buy Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parts and inventory throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing parts shipments, including verifying inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Managing inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of parts requests.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
