Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Ms. H Studio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Develop Policies: Assist in the development of marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand.
  • Prepare Written Material: Create high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Publicize Activities: Plan and execute publicity events, workshops, and meetings to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct Surveys: Analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to our clients.
  • Assist in Brochure Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with our target audience.
  • Conduct Public Opinion Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess public opinion and attitudes towards our brand and products.
  • Gather Communications Material: Gather and research communications material to support our marketing efforts.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Design and conduct market research questionnaires to gather data on consumer preferences.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and consultation to our clients to ensure their marketing needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
