Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage to meet demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week.
