About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Robinhood. As a core member of our SDET team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high quality of our award-winning iOS, Android, and Web applications.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with engineering teams across the company and drive organization-wide collaborations.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving QE automation strategy and enabling adoption of effective processes and solutions for the QE organization. You will also design and implement tools to build, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks with the goal of simplifying test development and enhancing test coverage visibility.

We are looking for a talented individual with prior experience in test automation and quality engineering teams, including multi-shore teams. You should have hands-on experience in Web, iOS, Android, and API test automation using Selenium, Appium, XCUI, Espresso, etc. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Swift, and JavaScript is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of object-oriented languages and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is also required.
