Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, Level and Smooth Coats of Plaster: Ensure a smooth and even finish on drywall surfaces.
  • Clean and Prepare Surfaces: Thoroughly clean and prepare surfaces for drywall installation.
  • Cure Freshly Plastered Surfaces: Allow freshly plastered surfaces to cure and dry.
  • Cut and Install Metal Corner Beads: Protect exterior corners with metal corner beads.
  • Fill Joints, Nail Indentations, Holes and Cracks: Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound.
  • Measure, Cut, Fit and Install Drywall Sheets: Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets.
  • Position and Secure Sheets: Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Smooth Out Excess Compound: Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
  • Tape Over Joints: Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
  • Work Hours: Work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: Work in English.
