Job Title: Delivery Driver

At Distribution Stox, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering tires and merchandise to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tires and merchandise from our warehouse to customers across the region.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload tires and merchandise from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including inspecting tires and merchandise with customers and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Handle all delivery work orders and communicate with customers as needed.
  • Pick up tires and merchandise from customers and transport them back to the warehouse.
  • Assist with other related warehouse work, including loading and unloading trucks and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid G Class license.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a driver.
  • Be in excellent physical shape and able to lift heavy loads.
  • Have a good driving record.
  • Have a good knowledge of the region.
  • Previous delivery experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience driving a cube van is an asset.
