Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical Systems to join our team at Cascade Aerospace Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems of aircraft, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and repair mechanical systems of aircraft, including engines, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical instructions to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) license - Aircraft
  • 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in mechanical systems
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
