Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to meet work schedules and quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and team performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
