Job Title: Administrative Support Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Services Manager to join our team at Tactile Robotics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets. This role will also involve conducting research, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to management on administrative services.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff, as needed.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including office supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic security clearance and credit check required.

The Administrative Support Services Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
