Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Quadra. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Implement and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
  • Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Participate in Salesforce community events and networking opportunities.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the Salesforce platform and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant technology-focused degree preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II) are highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce administration and development with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Strong background in GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps Principles, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of additional commercial applications like ERP or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
  • MuleSoft experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; bilingual (French/English) preferred.
  • Ability to travel for engaging with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
