Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Design Professional to design and develop high-quality clothing products for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Clothing Products: Create original and innovative clothing designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our designers, pattern makers, and production team to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Fashion Trends: Research and stay current with the latest fashion trends, styles, and technologies to ensure our designs are always on-trend.
  • Meet Deadlines and Quality Standards: Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet our high quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Will train, but a strong portfolio and relevant experience are required.
  • Art or Fashion Design Experience: Proven experience in designing women's, children's, and men's clothing.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Experience in providing mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
